Refunds & cancellations
Cancelling and getting a refund
In plain English, with no surprises. If any of this doesn't quite fit your situation, just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days to cancel a new subscription or a gift purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Because Enid is a digital service you can start using straight away, if you've used it during those 14 days we may take that into account when working out your refund. Just ask, we'd rather make this easy than argue about it.
How to cancel a subscription
Go to Your account and choose Manage plan, which opens our secure billing page and lets you cancel any time. Or send us a note through our contact form and we'll cancel it for you.
Gifts
When you give someone a year of Enid, that year runs its course for them no matter what happens to your own account. Gifts can renew automatically after the year is up, but you're in control of that: switch renewal off when you buy the gift, or at any time afterwards from Your account → Gifts you have given → Manage renewal. Either way, we email a reminder about a week before a renewal, so there's never a surprise.
App Store and Google Play purchases
If you subscribed through an app store rather than directly with us, that purchase is handled by the store, not by us. Refunds for those are managed through Apple's or Google's refund process. If you're not sure which applies to you, ask through our contact form and we'll point you the right way.
How to reach us
Use our contact form and we'll reply within a few working days.
