Account deletion
Deleting your Dear Enid account
Deleting your account removes your profile, the things Enid remembers, your reminders, and your game progress from our servers. It cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself in the app or on the web
Sign in at enid.dearenid.com/account, choose Delete account, and confirm by typing your email address. The same works in the iPhone and Android app, under Your account.
Or ask us to do it
Use our contact form with the email address on the account, and we'll delete it for you and confirm by email.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or it will keep renewing.
Once your account is gone, sign-in emails and receipts stop too.
